Welcome to Home-Start in East Lancashire

Local Home-Start’s are rooted in the communities in which they serve. Each Home-Start charity is managed locally but supported nationally by Home-Start UK, who offer direction, training, information and guidance to local Home-Start’s and ensure consistent and quality support for parents and children.

Home-Start in East Lancashire believes that children need a happy and secure childhood and that parents play the key role in helping them achieve their full potential. Home-Start wants to see a society in which all parents have the support they need to give their children the best start in life.
